Q1: How do you control the quality?

A: Most of our bags, boxes and films are made in our ISO certified manufacturing facilities.  In certain cases when we outsource, NJ Packaging only partners with the industry leaders which we have established long term business relationship with.

For each shipment, we provide shipping report and inspection report for your review. For certain high profile project, we provide first article samples before the mass production.

Q2: I can’t wait 8 weeks to get the products. Can you help?

A: Yes, we can. We offer U.S. made products option in addition to our import offering. You can choose the right solution to your problem. Our years of packaging expertise in both Asian and U.S. market will help you win the business.

Q3: Do you sell direct to the end users?

A: No, we do not. We only serve our distribution customers, supporting you in your ability to retain maximum margin. Please contact us for more information of our distribution partners in your area.

Q4: Is your company a broker or a factory?

A:  Our company was invested by leading packaging factories in China to provide the customer services and support in U.S. as well as the factory direct competitive pricing.

Q5: How can I start a project with your company?

A:  The process starts from a simple call, onsite meeting or email of details of your packaging needs.

With your detailed product information (including any drawing, spec sheet, sample pictures, etc), quantity requested, target pricing, delivery locations, etc., we will contact you with a quote or let you know if any additional information is required.  We make it simple to get the information you need!
